Redfin is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Search Personalization team in Seattle. This hybrid role requires in-person presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with remote work on other days.

You will build and evolve high-visibility web features using React, Java, AWS, and AI-assisted tooling, delivering scalable, resilient software that enhances the home search experience. You will collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, documenting architecture, evaluating new AI

Qualifications

3+ years of professional full stack software development experience.
Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
Love for elegant interfaces that tell stories and inspire trust.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Architect, document and create code using AI code generation tools.
Stay up to date with evolving AI ecosystem; evaluate new tools and frameworks.
Develop responsive, scalable software using React, Java, AWS and related tools.
Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders; lead projects end to end.
Mentor and guide junior engineers.
