Job summary

Redfin is seeking a full-stack Software Developer I on the Tours and Consults team to help build core optimization and scheduling tools and power revenue growth. You’ll work across the stack from JavaScript/React to Java/Spring, leveraging AI code generation tools to document and architect code.

You will collaborate with product, program, and ops partners to understand business needs, design elegant solutions, and deliver features on time with automated testing and code reviews.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of full-stack development experience.
• Experience building customer-facing web/mobile apps.
• Proficient with relational databases (PostgreSQL).
• Comfortable collaborating in a team, code reviews, and agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement features across the full tech stack.
• Build engaging web and mobile experiences using React/React Native and Java/Spring.
• Ensure quality with automated tests, monitoring and feature flags.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing with the team.
• Collaborate with product and ops to roll out new features.
