Holtec is seeking a Sr. Full Stack Software Developer to drive design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, spanning modern and legacy codebases. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define solutions, guide architecture, and deliver scalable, secure software in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires deep C#, .NET Core/Framework, and SQL Server expertise, with leadership in architectural decisions and strong code quality commitments. Hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Core, and .NET Framework across full‑stack apps.
• Advanced SQL Server design, indexing, stored procedures, and optimization.
• Experience with OAuth2/OIDC and Azure AD for secure auth.
• Ability to lead architectural decisions across apps and databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical SME across a portfolio of enterprise applications.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders, define scope, and identify risks.
• Translate business processes into technical designs and deliver solutions.
• Design and document application architecture and database structures.
• Enforce coding standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions and optimize existing systems.
• Perform peer code reviews and uphold high code quality.
