Job summary

Fleet Response is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and support modern enterprise software across the technology stack. The role emphasizes senior technical leadership, collaboration with Product, UX, Architecture, and Quality Engineering, and contributing to Agile delivery, CI/CD, and TDD.

The position is based in Hudson, Ohio, with a strong focus on API design, backend services using .NET, and frontend development with modern web technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with full-stack application design and development.
• Expert knowledge of API and web development technologies.
• Strong experience creating and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience developing backend services using .NET technologies.
• Experience working with SQL-based data environments.
• Experience with source control and development tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or similar repositories.
• Experience working within Agile software development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software solutions across all tiers of the application architecture.
• Work on complex initiatives requiring expertise across multiple technical areas.
• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-quality application solutions that support business and client needs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Support releases and CI/CD practices within Agile SDLC.
