Job summary

TheIncLab is seeking a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain high-performance, full-stack applications. You will work with Node.js, Typescript, and C# across front-end and back-end, collaborating with product teams and UI/UX to deliver complex features.

You will mentor junior engineers, lead code reviews, and influence architecture and data modeling while staying current with new technologies. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and .NET (C#).
• Strong frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience building cross-platform applications and scalable systems.
• Knowledge of databases, caching, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams on feasibility.
• Lead code reviews and promote coding standards.
• Guide junior engineers on best practices.
• Document development progress using Git, Jira, Confluence.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends.
