Job summary

TheIncLab seeks a Software Engineer II to design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js, Typescript, Rust, and C#. You will work on prototypes for prospective customers and internal software products with minimal supervision.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of full-stack experience, strong knowledge of React/Angular/Vue, REST APIs, and containerization with Docker/Kubernetes. Willingness to travel up to 15% and ability to obtain U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 3+ years of experience in software development with full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and/or .NET (C#).
• Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in building and deploying applications (web and desktop, mobile, or tablet).
• Understanding of databases and performance measurement.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in communication protocols such as REST, WebSockets, and message queues (such as Kafka).
• Grasp of version control systems (such as Git).
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Work on features with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical input and follow architectural direction.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to understand customer desires.
• Document development progress through tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure high coding standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices in full-stack development.
• Travel up to 15%
