Job summary

TheIncLab seeks a Software Engineer III to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance apps across web, desktop, and mobile. You will work with Node.js, Typescript, and C#, collaborating with UI/UX and product teams to deliver complex features.

You will review code, mentor juniors, and stay current with evolving technologies, while occasionally traveling up to 20% to meet customer needs and project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or IS.
• 5+ years of software development with full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and .NET (C#).
• Strong experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in building cross-platform applications (web, desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Solid understanding of databases, caching, and performance optimization.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in communication protocols such as REST, WebSockets, and message queues (Kafka).
• Strong grasp of version control systems (Git).
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications.
• Work on complex features with minimal supervision.
• Make architectural decisions and provide input.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with React/Angular/Vue to create UI.
• Design and implement databases and transactions.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams on feasibility.
• Document progress with Git, Jira, Confluence.
• Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Stay current with new technologies and practices.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
