TheIncLab in Tampa, FL invites a Software Engineer III to join our engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable full‑stack applications using Node.js, Typescript, and C#, collaborating with UI/UX and product teams.

With 5+ years of experience, you will lead code reviews, guide junior engineers, implement RESTful APIs and microservices, and stay current with emerging technologies. Expect a hybrid work model and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or IS.
• 5+ years of software development with full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Typescript, and .NET (C#).
• Strong experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in building cross‑platform apps (web, desktop, mobile, tablet).
• Solid understanding of databases, caching, and performance optimization.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with REST, WebSockets, and Kafka messaging.
• Git version control expertise.
• Software architecture, system design, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Node.js, Typescript, and C#.
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with frontend frameworks to create dynamic user interfaces.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to understand customer desires and determine feasibility.
• Lead code reviews and ensure high coding standards.
• Guide junior engineers on best practices and implementation patterns.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full-stack development.
• Document development progress through Git, Jira, and Confluence.
• Travel up to 20%.
