Job summary

Elite Resume Builder is seeking a senior full-stack engineering lead in Orlando to drive design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. You will mentor engineers, shape technical decisions, and own backend services and frontend interfaces with a strong emphasis on quality and performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with microservices, cloud-native architectures on AWS, and a track record of delivering robust software in production environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience, with 4–5 years in a team leadership/delivery lead role.
• Strong expertise in Java, Scala, or Kotlin.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework.
• Advanced SQL skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Significant hands-on experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS.
• Testing expertise including automated unit and integration tests.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.
• Frontend development experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, operations, and customers to understand and develop product requirements.
• Design, architect, and lead development of new full-stack applications, APIs, and solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain engineering standards.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly React frontend interfaces.
• Build robust backend services with comprehensive test coverage.
