HappyRobot is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own meaningful parts of the product and infrastructure end-to-end. You’ll build major sections of the web application, design and ship features from UI to APIs to infrastructure, and participate in shaping product direction with the founders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Strong generalist — across the stack, front end or back end.
• Front-end expertise with TypeScript and Next.js, including performance and UX.
• Back-end experience with Go, building scalable systems.
• Product-minded engineer who weighs speed, quality, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Build and own entire sections of the product, including major parts of the web application.
• Design, implement, and ship features end-to-end — UI to APIs to infrastructure.
• Help optimize and scale our voice AI infrastructure, improving latency and cost.
• Collaborate closely with founders and teammates to shape product direction.
• Ship to production frequently and iterate based on real user feedback.
