Qualifications

• 5+ years as a fullstack software engineer.
• Experience with React/TS and Python.
• Comfort switching between stacks and learning new ones.
• Strong collaboration with product, design and other stakeholders.
• Ability to ship incremental features improving user experience.
• You are a Discord user and want to make the product better.

Responsibilities

• Engage with developers, game studios and partners to enhance gaming experience on Discord.
• Design, build, and maintain features that help users connect through gaming.
• Expand and safeguard our game metadata and discovery systems.
• Collaborate with Content, Marketing and ML teams to improve ranking and discovery.
• Partner with Engineers, Designers, Product Owners and Data Scientists to iterate on ideas.
