Syndesus, Inc. is hiring a senior full-stack engineer to build a healthtech platform from the ground up, reporting to the CTO. You’ll craft consumer and partner-facing interfaces while owning backend work end-to-end, collaborating with a founding team at a seed-stage, backed by leading VCs.

You’ll work on a front-end–lean stack, leveraging AI tools across the SDLC, and operate in a hybrid New York City environment with direct impact on the product and business growth.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years writing production software.
• Deep TypeScript and React/Next.js fluency.
• Strong design sensibility with ability to ship polished UI.
• A modern typed backend language in production.
• Comfortable with a cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Clear writing and strong async communication.
• High agency and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build the interfaces customers see and touch.
• Own features end-to-end.
• Work full-stack, with front-end focus and backend services.
• Partner closely with the designer to ship polished UI.
• Leverage AI tooling throughout the SDLC.
