Job summary

Lyric is hiring a Full Stack Engineer focused on frontend leadership. You’ll design modular React/Next.js apps, contribute to .NET APIs, and ensure accessibility, performance, and test coverage at scale.

You’ll work closely with UX, product, and DevOps to ship features across a secure, healthcare-focused platform. You’ll apply AI tooling to refactor components, migrate frameworks, and improve test generation while maintaining high quality and defensible judgment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping production systems.
• Deep front-end experience with React/Next.js (or comparable depth in Angular).
• Strong fundamentals across modern web stack: TypeScript, HTML, CSS, accessibility and performance.
• Solid working experience with C# and modern .NET (Core and beyond).
• Comfortable with SQL and designing reasonable schemas for UI dependencies.
• API design experience with versioning, auth, reliability and testing practices.
• Cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure (AWS is particularly relevant).
• Experience using AI coding tools for multi-file refactors, migrations, test generation and review workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end modernization of the product with modular, accessible React/Next.js apps.
• Deliver full-stack features by shaping .NET APIs and interacting with PostgreSQL databases.
• Ship modernization work using AI-assisted workflows while maintaining quality and security in healthcare data.
• Work with analysts, designers, and engineers to turn business problems into working software.
• Build delivery plans with honest trade-offs and predictable outcomes.
