Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack projects across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Experience architecting and scaling internal tooling platforms or operational support systems in a large, multinational environment.
• Experience communicating technical decisions and influencing cross-functional partners across large organizations through written proposals and design documentation.
• Experience working across global, multicultural teams to design and improve business operations and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable full-stack solutions using PHP/Hack and JavaScript/React that power operational workflows across the family of apps.
• Define and contribute to the long-term technical architecture and roadmap for GO Systems tooling, aligning infrastructure strategy with Global Operations business priorities.
• Identify and resolve systemic engineering bottlenecks across the GO tooling ecosystem, driving measurable improvements in platform reliability and operational efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, product management, legal, partnerships, and business development stakeholders to translate complex operational requirements into robust technical solutions.
