North is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design, build, and ship features across the full stack for our AI workspace platform. You will own end-to-end delivery, from design to testing and deployment, in a remote-friendly environment.

You will collaborate with Product, UX, and data teams, write efficient code, and raise the bar for quality and security. We value ownership, fast iteration, and scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Shipped lots of fullstack code in production (Python & React).
• Thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong coding across the stack and performance focus.
• Built and deployed high-scale RAG/agentic apps for millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, ship, and maintain features across the full stack (large-scale file upload, knowledge bases, agent extensibility framework, data sync).
• Own features end-to-end from design to launch and iteration.
• Write efficient code suitable for low-resource, secure environments.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and modeling teams to validate requirements and prototype quickly.
• Raise engineering bar with patterns, testing, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Apply AI actively while ensuring quality and reliability of outputs.
