Elastic seeks a hands-on Full-Stack Senior Software Engineer to join IT Software Engineering. You will design, develop, and deploy full‑stack internal web apps and AI‑powered bots, using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Elasticsearch, with ownership of production systems.

You will work with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot), implement automated tests, CI/CD pipelines, and on‑call rotations, delivering high‑quality software in a fast‑paced, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on Elasticsearch experience with data modeling, indexing, query optimization, and Kibana integration.
• Practical AI & bot engineering experience with LLMs, vector search, or RAG pipelines.
• Daily proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate delivery.
• Operational maturity with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Build Enterprise Applications with React/TypeScript/Node.js.
• Develop AI Bots & Workflows using LLMs and vector search.
• Integrate internal apps with Elasticsearch and Kibana.
