Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a mid-to-senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our platform — a highly configurable, modular system used by governments and education organisations across Africa and beyond.

You will ship features end-to-end across the full stack, design modular frontend components, and ensure quality with tests, reviews, and production monitoring. The role offers impact, collaboration, and opportunity to apply AI tools to workflows.

Qualifications

• Mid-to-senior engineer with production systems experience.
• Experience building software used by many organisations simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end across the full stack (frontend and backend).
• Build a configurable, multi-tenant platform that can be deployed by many organisations.
• Design modular frontend components and reusable widgets.
• Maintain code quality with tests and monitoring in production.
• Make architectural decisions for scalability across millions of users.
• Share knowledge through pairing and documentation.
• Champion AI tools to improve coding, debugging and tooling.
