Perfect Venue is seeking a senior full-stack engineer in San Francisco to turn customer needs into reliable software. You will own features across UI, backend, and database, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and mentoring teammates.

Depth in at least one area is valued as we balance complexity with maintainable solutions. You will deliver customer-facing features end-to-end, build scalable interfaces and data models, and continuously improve performance.

Qualifications

• > Experience delivering full-stack features in production web applications.
• > Strong JavaScript skills with React, Vue, or Angular.
• > Proficiency in a backend language and web framework, with experience building APIs and business logic.
• > Working knowledge of SQL and relational data modeling.
• > Experience managing frontend state, APIs, and building usable interfaces with HTML/CSS.
• > Experience with automated testing, debugging, code review, and shipping changes safely.
• > Good product judgment, clear communication, and mentoring others.
• > Experience using AI-assisted development tools for implementation, debugging, testing, or documentation.

Responsibilities

• > Deliver customer-facing features from product discussion through release and iteration.
• > Build responsive, accessible interfaces and the APIs and data models behind them.
• > Improve shared components, application structure, and performance as the product evolves.
• > Write useful automated tests and investigate issues across frontend and backend boundaries.
• > Collaborate with product and design to simplify workflows and balance customer needs with maintainable implementation.
• > Review code, communicate technical decisions, and mentor less experienced engineers.
