Job summary

Artificial Analysis is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to lead frontend and backend initiatives for our AI benchmarking platform at our San Francisco office. You will own significant features from concept to deployment, collaborating with the founders.

You will work with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL on Supabase, and deploy on Vercel, shaping scalable interfaces and data visualizations for thousands of daily users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern front-end web development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js).
• Knowledge of modern AI and experience using LLMs.
• Passion for AI and eagerness to work at the forefront of technological innovation.
• Ability to balance writing maintainable code with rapid feature delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-stack development and optimization of the Artificial Analysis website.
• Work with the TypeScript/Next.js stack (hosted on Vercel) to build and maintain features, using PostgreSQL on Supabase.
• Design and implement user interfaces and data visualizations distilling AI benchmarking data for thousands of daily users.
• Advance engineering practices across DevOps, infrastructure, and CI/CD.
• Mentor and manage a small team of developers to foster engineering excellence.
• Embrace an AI-native workflow using cutting-edge AI tools.
