Job summary

RLink Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Focused) in the San Francisco area. The role emphasizes architecting scalable data systems, API layers, and AI-augmented workflows, while delivering secure, responsive frontend experiences.

You will own end-to-end infrastructure, integrate GenAI capabilities, and drive high-velocity development across backend and frontend teams. Hybrid work with in-office presence Tuesday–Thursday in SFO, CA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience across backend and full-stack.
• Strong Python (Flask/FastAPI) and Node.js capabilities.
• Frontend proficiency with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with real-time data streams and APIs (REST, WebSockets).
• Hands-on with LLM orchestration frameworks and AI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable backend systems for large datasets and real-time risk data updates.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time channels.
• Design and deploy production-ready LLM-driven workflows and AI agent frameworks.
• Translate Figma designs into scalable React frontends with modern state management.
• Implement AI observability, retry logic, and performance optimizations.
• Lead AI-assisted development to accelerate cross-stack feature delivery.
