Job summary

myDNA, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer (Agentic AI) to build and scale production-grade full-stack apps with AI capabilities.

You will implement guardrails, security protocols, and testing/auditing mechanisms for safe AI agent behavior while owning features end-to-end from local development to CI/CD deployment. You will work with C#, .NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks, integrating AI workflows, managing databases, and scaling AWS infrastructure in a regulated

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with C#, .NET Core and modern frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• Experience integrating AI models and agentic workflows into production applications in regulated environments.
• Production experience with AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, RDS, Bedrock) managed via IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Strong testing discipline: unit, integration, and contract testing; ability to build evaluation harnesses for AI features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical/AI tradeoffs to non-technical, legal, and compliance stakeholders.
• Mentorship and collaboration: mentor juniors and contribute to shared engineering standards in Agile/Scrum.
• Learning agility: stay current with AI landscape and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features using C#, .NET Core, and frontend frameworks (Angular/React).
• Integrate agentic AI workflows into production with robust state management and task execution patterns.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and schemas across MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Manage and scale AWS infrastructure using IaC and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement observability and monitoring for traditional and AI components to ensure uptime and reliability.
• Participate in peer code reviews, mentor juniors, and uphold engineering standards in an Agile environment.
