Serko is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end development of our AI products for candidates in Washington or California. You’ll bridge AI capabilities with elegant user experiences, building customer-facing features, high-performance APIs, and reliable backend services that enable autonomous workflows.

You’ll collaborate with design, product, and ML teams to craft scalable, real-time interfaces, while contributing to architecture discussions and championing test-driven

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering full-stack AI-enabled applications.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, React, and backend Python.
• Experience with LLM integration and AI features in production.
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL and databases like PostgreSQL/Redis.
• Real-time UX development using streaming tech (SSE/WebSockets).

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered user experiences with cross-functional teams.
• Develop full-stack features using React/Next.js and Python/Node.js.
• Integrate LLM APIs and agentic frameworks into product features.
• Design REST/GraphQL APIs for data, sessions, and agent interactions.
• Write unit/integration/e2e tests and participate in code reviews.
• Support production systems and contribute to on-call rotations.
