Job summary

Aria Insurtech is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to own meaningful pieces of the platform for independent life insurance agents. You’ll ship end-to-end features across the web app, collaborating with producers, designers, and the founding team to turn real-world problems into tangible product.

You’ll work across the stack with TypeScript/React on the front end and Node on the back end, mentor teammates, raise the bar for quality, and help scale performance and observability while delivering

Qualifications

• 5+ years shipping real product in a fast-moving environment.
• Full stack: TypeScript/React on frontend, Node on backend.
• Clear communication in PRs, tickets, and meetings.
• Bias to ship; ask what unblocks today, not perfect solutions in six weeks.
• Care about the people using what you build; real-world impact.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, or regulated B2B space.
• Built CRM, dialer, or workflow software.

Responsibilities

• Own and ship full features across our web app—frontend, backend, and the calls in between.
• Collaborate with producers weekly to understand field issues and impact of fixes.
• Partner with design to turn hard problems into simple flows and maintain craft.
• Set the technical bar for new hires; mentor when helpful; write maintainable code.
• Evolve our stack as we scale—improving performance, observability, and reliability.
