Trase is seeking a Senior or Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to build and support software for Red Cell Federal (RCF) and Red Cell Partners (RCP). You will join the dedicated RCF/RCP support team, delivering user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and integrations with a strong focus on federal, government, and national security programs.

This hands-on role covers frontend, backend, and integration layers, with ownership from requirements through production.

• Experience with full-stack development across frontend, backend, and integrations.

Responsabilités

• Build full-stack features for RCF/RCP partners, including UI interfaces, backend services, data models, and production integrations.
• Clarify use cases with partner engineers and Product, reproduce issues, define acceptance criteria, and deliver increments.
• Surface scope, dependencies, and risks with the TPM before committing dates.
• Integrate partner applications and agents with Trase OS APIs/SDKs and external endpoints.
• Develop reliable agent and workflow integrations with asynchronous execution, event streaming, and error handling.
• Create usable interfaces for configuring agents, managing connections, and reviewing runs, logs, and audit history.
• Implement authentication, authorization, RBAC, secrets, and audit events; coordinate with GRC for security compliance.
• Adapt configuration for customer-managed cloud, private networks, and on‑prem environments; coordinate with DevOps/SRE for packaging and deployment.
• Own quality through reviews, unit/integration/end-to-end tests, and regression coverage; verify behavior in target environment.
• Diagnose defects across UI, APIs, stores, and runtime services; add telemetry and support incident investigations.
• Support releases, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance including federal deployments; maintain API/SDK compatibility.
