• Own technical direction for 0-to-1 projects, balancing speed, reliability, and a clear path from prototype to scalable product.
• Partner closely with design, product, research, and engineering teams to dogfood, evaluate, launch, and transition successful experiments.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment with high ownership and autonomy.
