Job summary

tem is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join Platform's DevEx stream. You’ll build full‑stack tooling and internal platforms used across the engineering org, from front-end dashboards to serverless back-end services. The role emphasizes adoption, developer experience, and self‑service rather than mere feature shipping.

You’ll collaborate with DevOps, TechOps, QA and designers, contributing to a high‑standard engineering culture with a focus on automation and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven product delivery experience as a Full Stack Engineer in a startup.
• Fluency with Python and/or Node.js and modern JavaScript (React).
• Cloud-native experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Platform mindset focused on internal audience and self-service.
• Experience in cross-functional teams of Engineers, Designers and PMs.

Responsibilities

• Build full-stack tooling and internal platforms used by engineers.
• Design golden paths to encourage adoption and self-service.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, QA infra, and automation across engineering.
• Collaborate with DevOps, TechOps, QA, and the wider engineering org.
• Maintain high standards with clean, well-tested code and reviews.
