Job summary

Leader Bank is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support modern applications using Vue.js, JavaScript, Python, RESTful APIs, and AWS cloud services. The role emphasizes AI-enabled development, workflow automation, and API-led integration to accelerate digital transformation.

The candidate will work with product managers, QA, security, and operations, contribute in Agile ceremonies, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, React, Python, PHP).
• Proven API and microservices design, security, and integration.
• Relational DBs (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MariaDB) and SQL optimization.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Agile/Scrum experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI/LLMs to improve development productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, deploy, document, and support modern web applications and APIs.
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Vue.js and front-end frameworks.
• Design and maintain internal tools and dashboards with Retool for operational efficiency.
• Develop and secure RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations.
• Integrate with Boomi/MuleSoft and other iPaaS platforms for API-led connectivity.
• Collaborate with product and stakeholders to optimize processes via automation.
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS and manage security/compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile ceremonies.
