Soda is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features across the stack—Java backends and a TypeScript/Angular frontend powering Soda Cloud. You’ll design, build, and ship from DB to UI, collaborating closely with product, design, and customers.

You’ll contribute to AI-driven workflows and agentic development while maintaining quality with tests and thoughtful architecture. This fully remote EU-based role offers equity and broad impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software at a product company.
• Strong Java with REST APIs and database interactions.
• TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (Angular preferred).
• Frontend fundamentals: architecture, state, performance.

Responsibilities

• Build features end-to-end: backend APIs, database changes, frontend UI, and ship to production.
• Design and implement backend services for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.
• Work with relational databases (MySQL): schema design, query optimization, data modeling.
• Build frontend features that are clean, fast, and scalable.
• Write tests at unit, integration, and e2e levels (Cypress/Playwright).
• Develop agentic features with AI coding agents in the loop.
