Datavant, the data collaboration platform for healthcare, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to help grow our healthcare data ecosystem and deliver innovative solutions.

You’ll work across the stack, mentor teammates, shape technical direction, and own substantial projects end-to-end, from design through deployment and ongoing operation, delivering scalable frontend experiences, robust backend services, and data-driven solutions that empower healthcare organizations and patients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, building, operating production software systems.
• Strong full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend services.
• Experience delivering customer-facing apps using React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks.
• Experience designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps.
• Commitment to writing maintainable code, thoughtful reviews, and engineering best practices.
• Proven track record leading projects from concept to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering the healthcare data ecosystem.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver top-tier UX.
• Develop scalable frontend and backend services and data-driven solutions.
• Guide architectural decisions and establish patterns for long-term scalability.
• Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
• Own substantial projects end-to-end from design to deployment and operation.
