Job summary

Datavant is a data collaboration platform for healthcare. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help grow our healthcare data ecosystem by building scalable frontend and backend systems across the stack.

You’ll own significant projects end-to-end, collaborate with product, design, and other engineers, mentor teammates, and shape technical direction. Our stack includes Python/Go/Java, React/TypeScript, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and data platforms.

Qualifications

• 8+ years designing, building, and operating production software systems.
• Strong full-stack experience with modern frontend and backend services.
• Experience delivering customer-facing apps using React and TypeScript.
• Experience designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native apps.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code and lead code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications powering healthcare data ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineers for user experiences.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering culture.
• Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment.
• Drive architecture decisions for long-term scalability.
