Pacific Asset Management, LLC is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join the Workforce Benefits Billing Team in Newport Beach, CA. The candidate will design, build, and support billing capabilities central to Workforce Benefits’ digital-first experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) and 5+ years of application development experience.
• Experience building enterprise web applications and APIs using modern technologies (Java, .NET, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience working within cloud‑based environments (AWS preferred).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern development workflows.
• Familiarity with API integration patterns and enterprise middleware platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently in complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain billing services and APIs supporting employer and broker‑facing platforms.
• Build and deploy solutions within a cloud‑based AWS environment.
• Develop and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions) and modern delivery practices.
• Work across API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft) to support billing and partner data flows.
• Support and enhance billing experiences in employer and broker portals, improving usability and transparency of billing workflows.
• Participate in production support, monitoring, and incident resolution to maintain system performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product, QA, and platform teams to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
