Job summary

The role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, scalable architectures, and collaboration with Product, UX, and other engineers to meet customer needs and performance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years programming experience with React and Node.js.
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript and ES6.
• Experience with Java, Spring, Docker and Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Own build, development, testing, fixing, optimization, and improvement of software.
• Develop new product features for marketers, IT pros, and knowledge workers globally.
• Guide discussions on tools/tech and evaluate improvements for products.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and planning gaps; improve engineering practices.
• Foster collaboration and strong team culture; contribute to technical strategy.
• Explore new technologies, pitch solutions, and validate ideas via experiments.
• Partner with Product, Design, and engineers to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Ensure features are tested and perform under high load.
• Interacts with customers to refine requirements and improvements.
