Chime Financial, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the App Journey team and shape the core experiences used by millions of members.

You will work across the stack, delivering scalable, reliable features with React Native and Ruby on Rails, collaborating with product and design to translate ideas into member-facing outcomes. You will influence the technical foundation, participate in architecture discussions, and mentor peers while contributing to faster, more flexible app

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and React Native.
• Hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails for backend development.
• A product mindset focusing on member experience and outcomes.
• Experience building large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve core app surfaces including navigation.
• Build frontend features in React Native and backend services with GraphQL.
• Work with product managers and designers to define requirements.
• Improve platform reliability and performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in architecture discussions.
• Engage in sprint ceremonies and guild activities.
