Job summary

Chime Financial, Inc. is seeking a engineering professional to design, develop, test, release, and scale mobile-first features for our core banking experience.

You will work closely with product teams to launch new features and ensure high-quality UI across iOS and Android, including React Native capabilities. The role requires leadership of complex projects, a track record of building scalable apps for large user bases, and a strong focus on delivering exceptional mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in React.js or mobile development.
• Experience with React Native; native iOS and Android a plus.
• Experience leading execution of complex projects with multiple engineers.
• Experience building a React.js or native mobile app with traffic at scale.
• Strong focus on high-quality mobile UI experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, release, and scale new and existing consumer product features and mobile architecture.
• Work closely with product team to launch new features.
• Develop thoroughly tested code and conduct QA on all new code with QA team.
• Collaborate with other technology teams and architects on complex problems.
• Work in a team as well as independently to meet aggressive schedules and goals.
