Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer for the AI Trust and Governance engineering team in Seattle.

You will provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems, building cloud-native services that power Salesforce's AI Trust initiatives. You will mentor engineers, shape technical direction, and collaborate with product, architecture, and platform partners while focusing on core and near-core systems,

Qualifications

• BS or higher in Computer Science.
• 4+ years in system or database internals programming.
• 4+ years of technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platforms.
• Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
• Experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design.
• Strong problem-solving and results orientation.
• Ability to learn fast and deliver high-quality code in a fast-paced agile team.
• Strong Java or C programming skills.
