Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to drive hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems within the AI Trust and Governance team.

You will design scalable, cloud-native services and collaborate across engineering, product, and platform partners to empower secure, trustworthy AI initiatives. The role emphasizes setting technical direction, mentoring engineers, and delivering end-to-end features with a strong

Qualifications

BS or higher degree in Computer Science.
4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming.
4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems.
Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.
Experience with highly concurrent multi-threaded/multi-process data structures and design.
Strong Java or C programming skills.

Responsabilités

Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation, and large-scale distributed systems.
Design and build scalable, cloud-native services powering Salesforce's AI Trust and Governance.
Mentor engineers and set the technical direction.
Collaborate with product, architecture, and platform teams to deliver high-quality code.
