Salesforce is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to join the AI Trust and Governance team within the Office of the CEO. You will lead architecture, platform innovations, and large-scale distributed systems that power Salesforce's trusted AI initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, and tackle complex scalability challenges while delivering highly concurrent, resilient software in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• 4+ years industry experience in system or database internals programming.
• 4+ years technical leadership in architecture and design of enterprise server platform or systems.
• Deep expertise with distributed systems and consensus algorithms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on technical leadership across architecture, platform innovation and large-scale distributed systems.
• Design and build scalable, cloud-native services powering Salesforce's AI Trust and Governance mission.
• Set technical direction, mentor engineers, and raise the team's overall craft.
• Drive end-to-end features from design to deployment and release.
