Job summary

Praktika is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own and evolve every web-facing surface—marketing site, onboarding funnels, portals, web app, and internal tools. You will shape product direction, run experiments, ship features end-to-end, and measure impact on conversion, retention, and learner experience.

You will partner with Product, Marketing, and Growth to influence how millions of learners engage with Praktika.

Qualifications

Product-first mindset focusing on user problems and business outcomes.
Proficient with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Experience with Next.js or equivalent and CSS-in-JS or Tailwind.
Experience integrating auth providers (Firebase/Auth0) and payment systems (Stripe/PayPal/RevenueCat).
Strong UI/UX sensibility with animation and conversion focus.
Comfortable with RESTful APIs and backend collaboration.
Data-driven with experience in A/B testing and funnel analytics.
Thrive in async, distributed, written-first culture.

Responsibilities

Own the entire web stack including marketing site, onboarding funnels, portals, web app, and internal tools.
Lead architecture, development, experimentation, and operations across web apps.
Drive product decisions, design and run A/B tests, analyze results, iterate quickly.
Build adaptive, mobile-first experiences that convert and delight users.
Collaborate with backend teams and integrate with services via Swagger docs.
Set up analytics and conversion funnels with Growth and Marketing.
Ship production-ready code end-to-end from idea to deployment.
