Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering with full-stack scope.
• Strong Rails experience with API design and SOA patterns.
• Proficient in Javascript, SPA architecture and front-end performance.

Responsibilities

• Full-Stack development across Ruby on Rails and Vue.js with end-to-end ownership.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering patterns.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote technical excellence.
• Improve backend/frontend performance, security, and observability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Customer Success to solve problems.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery and add value.
• Work in an Agile, fast-paced environment with frequent shipping.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident reviews.
