Job summary
Counsel Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help define the future of AI-powered, human-led healthcare. This role can be remote, or hybrid for those based in NY/Boston or willing to relocate to our in-person office.
You will own major product initiatives, work cross-functionally with product, clinical, and commercial teams, and interface with nationwide healthcare partners to build scalable, AI-enabled software across web, mobile, and data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of building production software, ideally including 2+ years at a startup or growth company.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and recent developments in AI/ML.
- Strong ownership and ability to drive initiatives end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives with Product and Design to ship and iterate on AI-enabled care experiences.
- Collaborate with ML research to apply AI/LLM techniques in clinical care.
- Improve physician-facing care platform and integrate AI tooling to boost efficiency.
- Architect scalable backend systems and data pipelines for health data and client integrations.
