AHEAD is seeking a senior full stack engineer to own end-to-end features across Python backend and React frontend. You will implement AI/LLM-driven workflows, design robust APIs, and integrate with internal and external systems.

You will collaborate across product, UX, and engineering teams to ship production-grade UI and services, while upholding secure, scalable AI workloads. You will work in an agile environment, leverage modern cloud-native practices (AWS) and CI/CD, and continuously improve

Competenze

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Python in production services.
• 2+ years hands-on with agentic coding harnesses daily for production work.
• Proficient in agent skills, prompt engineering and loop engineering decisions.
• Experience integrating with LLMs or AI services (AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Strong API design experience (REST/JSON; GraphQL a plus).
• Data modeling and persistence (SQL/NoSQL, queues, event-driven patterns).
• Frontend experience with React; design systems and responsive UI skills.
