Blazel in the Bay Area is hiring 1–2 Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join our core engineering team. You will own major product initiatives, scale architecture, and accelerate development as we move from startup to enterprise.

You'll work across the stack—from frontend to backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI workflows—designing secure, production-ready systems and partnering with founders on strategic technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building cloud-native apps across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Comfort across frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, and architecture.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools to boost productivity.
• Proven track record shipping production software.
• Startup mindset with ownership and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features from idea to production.
• Develop backend services using Python.
• Build modern web apps spanning desktop to web and mobile.
• Design scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or similar.
• Improve AI agent pipelines for speed and quality.
• Optimize system architecture for enterprise customers.
• Build secure, highly available production systems.
• Partner with founders on product direction and tech decisions.
• Move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards.
