Blazel in the Bay Area is hiring 1–2 Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join our core engineering team. You will own major product initiatives, scale architecture, and accelerate development as we move from startup to enterprise.

You'll work across the stack—from frontend to backend, cloud infrastructure, and AI workflows—designing secure, production-ready systems and partnering with founders on strategic technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building cloud-native apps across AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Comfort across frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, and architecture.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools to boost productivity.
• Proven track record shipping production software.

Blazel is building an AI-powered marketing platform that helps companies create, manage, and scale content across channels. After raising $7.3M in pre-seed funding, we're rapidly expanding our engineering team as we prepare for enterprise customers and our next phase of growth.

The Role

We're hiring 1–2 Senior Full-Stack Engineers to join our core engineering team.

Today, our CEO is still heavily involved in engineering. We need experienced builders who can take ownership of major product initiatives, help scale our architecture, and accelerate product development as we transition from startup to enterprise.

This isn't a narrowly scoped engineering role. You'll work across the entire stack—from frontend experiences to backend systems, cloud infrastructure, AI workflows, and production architecture.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and ship full-stack product features from idea to production
• Develop backend services using Python
• Build modern web applications and help transition our product from desktop to web and mobile
• Design scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or similar platforms
• Improve AI agent pipelines for speed, reliability, and output quality
• Optimize system architecture for enterprise customers
• Build secure, highly available production systems
• Partner directly with founders on product direction and technical decisions
• Move quickly while maintaining high engineering standards

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience building and deploying cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, APIs, and architecture
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools to improve engineering productivity
• Experience shipping production software at a high quality bar
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Startup experience or an ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI-powered products
• Machine learning or LLM experience
• Security, compliance, or SOC 2 experience
