Supio is hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build the core of Supio's platform — an AI-native product used in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You’ll own end-to-end development in TypeScript across the stack, from customer interfaces to services, with autonomy in a startup-paced environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
True full-stack depth across the stack (React/TypeScript front end and backend services).
Strong product sense translating user needs into technical solutions.
Fluency with coding agents as part of daily workflow.
Experience operating at startup pace and ambiguity with autonomy.

Responsibilities

Build the core full-stack application the product team uses daily.
Develop agentic platform capabilities including voice, transcription, and document flows.
Own the agent runtime: prompt/tool architecture and cost/performance optimization.
Deliver production features with robust tooling, monitoring, and observability.
Shape architecture and technical direction with end-to-end ownership.
