Job summary

Supio, an AI platform for law firms, seeks a Senior Platform Engineer in Seattle/San Francisco. You will own reliability, observability, and CI/CD for an agentic product, collaborating closely with core engineering to ship capabilities safely. The role blends infrastructure with product-focused delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will improve AWS-based infrastructure, Kubernetes, and tooling, while shaping how data-driven AI agents operate in production and scale with the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Production experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform); CI/CD with GitHub Actions; Postgres; messaging/queuing; strong networking.
• Observability tooling: metrics, logging, tracing, alerting; build-vs-adopt decisions and self-serve adoption.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM or agentic platforms in production.

Responsibilities

• Own Agent Reliability & Observability: evolve metrics, logging, tracing, alerting; design/maintain CI and release pipelines.
• Partner with Product Engineering: work daily with core team, embedding platform expertise.
• Strengthen Core Infrastructure: support AWS, Kubernetes, databases, networking.
• Productize Self-Serve Tooling: create self-serve tools for the product team.
