Harnham is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer in Cambridge, MA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite). You will build patient-facing applications and the supporting platform, blending clinical data, AI-driven insights, and user-friendly experiences to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Production software delivery experience as a fullstack engineer.
• Backend Python with Django experience.
• Frontend development with React experience.
• Strong API design and systems integration knowledge.
• Experience in regulated or complex data environments.
• Able to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across web and mobile applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs for patient workflows and clinical operations.
• Create intuitive frontend experiences using modern React-based technologies.
• Integrate healthcare and clinical data systems into product workflows.
• Build AI-enabled functionality including intelligent recommendations and workflow automation.
• Collaborate with product, design, clinical, and engineering stakeholders.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and platform scalability.
• Take ownership of features from concept through deployment and ongoing optimisation.
