Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills with well-tested, maintainable code
• Experience building APIs with Django or FastAPI
• Design skills across distributed services and data stores
• Experience running services on AWS and cloud patterns
• Secure SDLC, CI/CD, monitoring and incident response
• Ability to influence via code reviews and mentoring
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Application Resiliency
• Experience evaluating AI-generated outputs for security and quality
• Knowledge of responsible AI use in engineering workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop and troubleshoot software solutions with scalable architecture
• Write secure production code and maintain high-quality algorithms
• Use AI coding assist tools to improve quality and speed, with peer review
• Implement SDLC tooling to enhance automation
• Produce architecture artifacts for complex apps
