Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Leading development effort, developers and providing full end to end solutions.
• Experience with ReactJS/AngularJS or similar UI technologies.
• Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Advanced in Java/J2EE, Python.
• Hands on experience AI based tools Open AI, Claude, Gemini, Copilot etc.
• Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods e.g. Jenkins.
• Hands on with relational databases e.g. Oracle or PostGreSQL & No-SQL DBs - MongoDB.
• Demonstrated proficiency in software development using cloud (AWS, Kubernetes or Azure).
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools...
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows...

Responsibilities

• Develops secure high-quality production code and reviews code written by others.
• Identifies opportunities to automate remediation of recurring issues.
• Leads evaluation sessions with external vendors and internal teams.
• Leads communities of practice across Software Engineering.
• Drives adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices.
• Applies knowledge of SDLC tools including AI-assisted development to improve value from automation.
