Descrizione del lavoro

Foundant is seeking a senior engineer to design and build working prototypes that users can interact with. You will run rapid experiments, test with users, and decide next steps while spanning the full stack from frontend to APIs.

You will contribute ideas, stay flexible when the evidence points elsewhere, and stay curious about user behavior. Experience with AI-assisted development using tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude is required.

Competenze

• Senior-level engineering experience with broad technical range.
• Comfortable working from a hypothesis rather than a detailed spec.
• Bias toward speed; you know when good enough is good enough.
• Genuine curiosity about users and why they behave the way they do.
• Ability to stay unattached to your own work when the evidence points elsewhere.
• Fluent with AI-assisted development using tools like Copilot, Cursor or Claude.

Mansioni

• Design and build working prototypes that real users can interact with.
• Run fast experiments, test with users, and decide next steps.
• Work across the full stack - frontend, backend, APIs - without being blocked by rigid layers.
• Contribute ideas, not just implementations—shape what we build.
• Share work early, learn out loud, and move on when the evidence says so.
