Job summary

Turing Labs is seeking a fantastic software engineer to push our product forward. You’ll work directly with the founder, food science domain experts, and customers to define and build our platform.

Three-plus years building real products with a high-ownership mindset and strong communication will help you thrive in our fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You’ll contribute to backend, frontend, and agentic AI tooling, collaborating closely with our ML team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software experience building real products/tools.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and learning.
• Proven high-ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete lifecycle of creating novel, differentiating solutions.
• Talk directly to customers and users.
• Support and extend backend and frontend stacks (React, TS) and AI tooling.
• Advance AI-powered features using LangChain and ML tools.
• Deliver incremental features within 15, 30, and 45 days.
• Collaborate with founder and domain experts to shape the product.
